Shipping and Handling:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your package and the type of shipping service you choose. You will find out the price of shipping at
- Charges are calculated before taxes.
- We presently ship only in the United States and Canada. However we have retailers all over the world, you can use our store locator to find the store nearest you.
- Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving orders after passing all validation requirements.
- Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.
- All orders are subject to verification.
Backorders:
- If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.
- Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.
- All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.
Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped through UPS using the following services:
Standard Delivery Orders will typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays. We do not ship on weekends and Holidays), following credit card authorization and verification and for in-stock items only.
Express Shipping Available for in-stock items only and not valid for PO boxes or APO/FPO address.
All orders must pass all verification requirements.
Delivery Methods: (applies for orders placed before 2:00 pm ET Monday-Friday)
- Next Business Day Express: Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date.
- 2nd Business Day Express: Order delivered within 2 business days after the ship date.
- 3rd Business Day express: Order delivered within 3 business days after the ship date.
U.S. Territories ReportCollection.com ships to the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping costs apply.
Customs and Import Duties: All orders are shipped from the recipients’ country and therefore not subject to any duties.
