Return Policy
Report Collection takes great pride in servicing its customers. To ensure the best service possible follow each steps stated below for an exchange or a return.
- No Return/Exchange will be accepted for items bought on sale. Sale is final.
- Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return and must be returned with their original packaging and tags.
- Customers will be responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs unless the product(s) received was/were damaged or defect.
- Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
- If you no longer have a copy of your invoice, Return/Exchange Form or Prepaid return label and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing: returns@reportcollection.com or by calling 1 800 662 7960.

Making a return.
An invoice, a return & exchange form and a prepaid return label are enclosed in every package. If you need a copy of your invoice or return label, please contact our customer service department at 1 800 662 7960 or at returns@reportcollection.com to request a copy.
- Returns must be addressed within 30 days of order receipt.
- All returns MUST be in sellable condition and include their original packaging with tags attached.
- For your convenience, an exchange form, an invoice and a postage-paid return label are enclosed in your package.
- Fill out the Return/Exchange Form enclosed in your package.
- Please use the original shipping box, include the completed Return/Exchange form in the package with a copy of your invoice. Close the box and affix the postage-paid return label provided to you. Mail your package to www.shopreportcollection.com's return address (address provided above).
- Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. An email notification will be sent to you upon completion of the process.
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All credits will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of returned item(s) and credit should appear in your next statement. You will receive an email upon completion of return processing.
- We will deduct 5$ from your order refund for return postage when using the prepaid return label.
- If you wish to pay for the return postage yourself , take the package to your local carrier and mail to the proper address below. When paying for return postage yourself, we strongly suggest you insure your package and purchase tracking services for your protection.
- Only merchandise purchased online can be returned to www.shopreportcollection.com. All merchandise purchased at a physical location or online store other than www.shopreportcollection.com must be brought or sent back to that store according to their return policy.
Making an exchange:
- All exchanged items MUST be in sellable condition and include their original packaging with tags attached.
- Exchanges requests must be addressed within 30 days of order placement.
- To exchange an item, fill in the exchange form included in your package. Specify the items style number, color and size you wish to exchange and the new style number, color and size you wish to receive as an exchange.
- Include the completed form in your return package. Affix the prepaid return label to your package (we suggest to use the original shipping box) and drop it to the mail, we will send your replacement item free of shipping charges.
- Use the www.shopreportcollection.com return address provided above.
- Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your exchange. An email notification will be sent to you upon completion of the process.
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- If the exchange is the same amount of dollar as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. If the amount is more than the original purchase, the credit card we have on file will be billed for the difference.
- Underwear & Beachwear: All underwear and Beachwear exchange must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact to be eligible for a exchange.
- If you’re exchanging an item because of a mistake made by www.shopreportcollection.com, or quality issues, www.shopreportcollection.com will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. Replacement orders will be sent via Standard Shipping.
- Only merchandise purchased online at www.shopreportcollection.com can be exchanged at www.shopreportcollection.com. All merchandise purchased at a physical location or online store other than www.shopreportcollection.commust be brought or sent back to that store according to their exchange policy.
Modifying your order.
Orders cannot be modified online. If you need to make changes to your order please contact our customer service team by email at customerservice@reportcollection.com or call our customer service department at 1 800 662 7960.
