My order has shipped but I still can’t track it. How can I find out where it is?
When you place an order on www.reportcollection.com, allow 24 to 48 hours for processing. When your order is shipped, Report Collection will send you an email with your tracking number. At that point you will have 3 ways to track your package:
- Directly from the email you received by clicking on the tracking number.
- Sign-in to your account with your email and password, then go to the order section and click on the order number matching your package this will display the status of your package.
- By going on the Order Tracking page and entering your tracking number.
When will my order be processed?
If your order fits all authorization criteria, all orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm will be shipped out same business day. After 2pm, will ship next business day. No shipping on weekends or holidays.
What is your return policy?
An invoice, return & exchange form and prepaid return label is enclosed in every package. If you need a copy of your invoice or return label, please contact our customer service department at 1 800 662 7960 or at returns@reportcollection.com to request a copy.
- Returns must be addressed within 30 days of order receipt and exchanges requests must be addressed within 60 days of order placement.
- All credits will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of returned item(s) and credit should appear in your next statement. You will receive an email upon completion of return processing.
How do I make a return or exchange?
For your convenience, an exchange form, an invoice and a postage-paid return label are enclosed in your package. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form enclosed in your package and specify the exchange item and the new color or size.
Include the completed form and a copy of the invoice in your return package. Affix the prepaid return label to your package (we suggest to use the original shipping box) and drop it to the UPS pick-up location.
All returns MUST be in sellable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.
How can I exchange items over the phone?

What form of payment do you accept on line?
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover.
For Canada we also accept debit card through the Interac system.
How can I find out when my backordered items will be shipped? You should have received a notification (by email or by phone) if an item is missing because it is backordered or out of stock. How can I search for products quickly online?
By browsing the website by categories or simply by entering a keyword related to what you are looking for in the search box.
Where can I find sizing information?
You can find a size chart on each product page with size information for the different type of items we offer.
I just ordered something, but now it’s on sale. Do you honor your price adjustment?
Yes, however your order must be placed no more than 7 days before the price change was made.
What are your shipping rates?
All shipping rates are based on the Weight/Size of your item and the location or your shipping address. Exact price are not know until you reach the shipping section of your check out process.
I received my order but 1 item was missing. What happens now?
We take great pride in serving you. If an item is missing, we will send it to you by standard shipping, and this free of charge.

When will my Credit Card be charged?
Your credit card won’t be charged until we ship your order. When you enter your credit card information at checkout, we only verify the validity of the credit card but we will only charge it once the order is prepared and ready to be shipped. When done, you will receive en email with your tracking number and an invoice saying your credit car has been shipped. On your next credit card statement you will see notice a purchase made at “Report Collection”.
